The Cape Dutch Manor House in 1:48 has been long requested and is officially here!
Cape Dutch architecture is unique to South Africa and dates back to the 1600's when the country was an important replenishment stop for the shipping trade. The Cape Dutch Manor House is now a symbol of the growth and heritage of the country.
Thankfully many of the historical manor houses are in private ownership, well preserved and accessible. This 1/4" version encapsulates all the main elements of what makes these houses unique. Cape furniture also developed it's own character and a further workshop will be scheduled to make a full house of furniture for the unique Cape Dutch Manor House.
